1. Scope

These terms apply to purchases made through moonlitkorea.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter a contract and that the order is for personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

2. Products and skincare information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, sizes, prices, and availability accurately. Packaging and appearance may change, and screen colors may differ from the physical product. Ingredient lists can be reformulated by manufacturers; review the packaging received before use if you have allergies or sensitivities.

Store content is general product information, not medical advice. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate professional advice when needed.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah unless the checkout states otherwise. Delivery charges, taxes, and the final total are shown before payment. A displayed reference conversion is informational and does not replace the final checkout price.

Payment is handled by the provider presented at checkout. Submitting a bag does not create a charge. An order becomes binding when payment is authorized and we issue an order confirmation. We may correct an obvious pricing error or decline an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, or payment failure, and will refund any amount already collected for a cancelled order.

4. Delivery

Available destinations, delivery charges, and estimated timeframes appear at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated. Please provide a complete and accurate address and contact details. Risk passes as required by applicable consumer law.

If an order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact support@moonlitkorea.com with the order number and relevant photographs where appropriate.

5. Cancellations, withdrawal, and returns

Contact order support as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment begins.

Where mandatory law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right, you may exercise it within the applicable period. For qualifying European consumer orders, this is generally 14 days after receipt. Statutory exceptions may apply, including to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken.

Before returning anything, email support@moonlitkorea.com for instructions. Do not send returns to the registered office unless support confirms that address. Unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for direct return shipping costs. This section does not limit rights relating to defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider. We may wait until returned goods are received, or until you provide evidence of return, where the law permits.

7. Legal guarantees

Products remain subject to any mandatory legal guarantees of conformity and protections against hidden defects that apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the site only for lawful shopping and account-support purposes. Site content, branding, photographs, graphics, and software are protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to Moonlit Korea or its licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit them commercially without written permission.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, misuse contrary to product directions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Privacy

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. Please contact support@moonlitkorea.com first so we can try to resolve a complaint amicably. Consumers may use any court, regulator, or alternative dispute-resolution process available under mandatory law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The version accepted when you place an order continues to govern that order. The date above identifies the current version.
